Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays), processing may extend to 3 business days. We'll always communicate delays via email.

Timeframes are estimates after processing. Rural addresses may add 1-2 days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to:
- Canada: $15 flat rate, 7-14 business days + customs
- UK/EU: $18 flat rate, 10-16 business days + VAT/duties
- Australia/NZ: $22 flat rate, 12-18 business days

International customers: You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in shipping costs and vary by country.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent automatically to your email once your package ships. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at support@fableandthreads.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

- Lost in transit: We investigate after 10 business days (domestic) or 21 days (international). If confirmed lost, we offer a full refund or replacement.
- Damaged on arrival: Email photos within 48 hours of delivery for immediate replacement or store credit.
- Wrong address: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
